A: After 50 years of providing lodging for Stowe Mountain Resort guests, operations from the former Inn at the Mountain Condominium & Townhouse Rentals has transitioned to a new rental program, Stowe Vacation Rentals.
Q: Is shuttle service available to condo and townhouse guests?
A: All shuttle service is provided by Green Mountain Transit on a seasonal basis. Routes and schedules will be available online at: http://ridegmt.com/regions/stowelamoille/. Please reference the Route 108, Mountain Road Shuttle. GPS tracking is available at stowegmta.com. Please note the Mountain Road Shuttle does not offer door to door service. We are happy to provide you with local taxi information for any door to door shuttle needs.
Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in is any time after 4 pm.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out is by 11 am.
Q: Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
A: Early arrival and late departure requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. We will note your reservation at the time he request is made. Please inquire about the status of your request the morning of your arrival or departure.
Q: Where do I check-in for my reservation?
A: Check-in information will be emailed to you within 48-hours prior to arrival.
Q: Do you offer accommodations for groups?
A: Yes. Our condos, townhouses, and private residences range in size from one to five bedrooms and offer many options to groups of all sizes and budgets. Corporate groups, wedding parties and their guests, family reunions, college ski groups, lacrosse, soccer, and hockey teams, and team retreats, are just some examples. Q: Do we have access to the amenities at the Stowe Mountain Lodge?
A: The amenities located at the Stowe Mountain Lodge are unique and only available to guests staying at that property. Discounted day passes to the Spa are available to Stowe Vacation Rentals guests on a space available basis. To inquire, please contact The Spa at Stowe Mountain Lodge by calling: (802) 760-4782.
Q: Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the condo I rented?
A: Yes. Every condominium and townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishware, and utensils.
Q: Are there additional housekeeping fees?
A: All reservations made through Stowe Vacation Rentals will incur a departure cleaning fee. Reservations for five nights or longer will also incur a mid-stay cleaning fee.
Q: Is daily housekeeping available?
A: Daily housekeeping is available upon request with 48 hours’ notice. Daily housekeeping charges will apply and vary based on unit size.
Q: Are sheets and towels provided?
A: Yes. The unit will be equipped with all of your basic needs including linens on all of the beds and towels.
Q: What is your pet policy?
A: There is a strict NO PET policy for guests in all Stowe Vacation Rentals’ units.
Q: Do you allow smoking in any of the rentals?
A: There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in all Stowe Vacation Rentals’ units. Smoking is prohibited in the units, on the balconies or patios of units, and within 50 feet of all buildings.
Q: I made a reservation online, when will I receive a confirmation letter?
A: Please note reservations made online are not fully confirmed until deposit has been charged to your credit card. There is a delay in updates to availability for the online reservations system. In the event the unit you attempted to reserve is no longer available for the dates you have requested, you will be contacted as soon as your request is received and alternate options and pricing will be provided to you.
Q: I don’t see availability for the dates I requested, do you have any other options?
A: We do not make all of our inventory available on-line. Please contact us directly at 1-844-463-5164 if you do not find the dates or accommodations you would like.
Q: How do I purchase daily ski passes/lift access?

Q: What is an Epic Pass, an Epic 4-Day Pass, a Stowe College Pass, etc. and should I purchase one?
