Q: I used to make my reservations through the Inn at the Mountain Condominium & Townhouse Rentals, why did I reach Stowe Vacation Rentals when I called that phone number?
A: After 50 years of providing lodging for Stowe Mountain Resort guests, operations from the former Inn at the Mountain Condominium & Townhouse Rentals has transitioned to a new rental program, Stowe Vacation Rentals.

Q: Is shuttle service available to condo and townhouse guests?
A: All shuttle service is provided by Green Mountain Transit on a seasonal basis. Routes and schedules will be available online at: http://ridegmt.com/regions/stowelamoille/. Please reference the Route 108, Mountain Road Shuttle. GPS tracking is available at stowegmta.com. Please note the Mountain Road Shuttle does not offer door to door service. We are happy to provide you with local taxi information for any door to door shuttle needs.

Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in is any time after 4 pm.

Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out is by 11 am.

Q: Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
A: Early arrival and late departure requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. We will note your reservation at the time he request is made. Please inquire about the status of your request the morning of your arrival or departure.

Q: Where do I check-in for my reservation?
A: Check-in information will be emailed to you within 48-hours prior to arrival.

Q: Do you offer accommodations for groups?
A: Yes. Our condos, townhouses, and private residences range in size from one to five bedrooms and offer many options to groups of all sizes and budgets. Corporate groups, wedding parties and their guests, family reunions, college ski groups, lacrosse, soccer, and hockey teams, and team retreats, are just some examples. Q: Do we have access to the amenities at The Lodge at Spruce Peak?
A: The amenities located at the The Lodge at Spruce Peak are unique and only available to guests staying at that property. Discounted day passes to the Spa are available to Stowe Vacation Rentals guests on a space available basis. To inquire, please contact The Spa at Spruce Peak by calling: (802) 760-4782.

Q: Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the condo I rented?

A: Yes. Every condominium and townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishware, and utensils.

Q: Are there additional housekeeping fees?
A: All reservations made through Stowe Vacation Rentals will incur a departure cleaning fee. Reservations for five nights or longer will also incur a mid-stay cleaning fee.

Q: Is daily housekeeping available?
A: Daily housekeeping is available upon request with 48 hours’ notice. Daily housekeeping charges will apply and vary based on unit size.

Q: Are sheets and towels provided?
A: Yes. The unit will be equipped with all of your basic needs including linens on all of the beds and towels.

Q: What is your pet policy?
A: There is a strict NO PET policy for guests in all Stowe Vacation Rentals’ units. 

Q: Do you allow smoking in any of the rentals?
A: There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in all Stowe Vacation Rentals’ units. Smoking is prohibited in the units, on the balconies or patios of units, and within 50 feet of all buildings.

Q: I made a reservation online, when will I receive a confirmation letter?
A: Please note reservations made online are not fully confirmed until deposit has been charged to your credit card. There is a delay in updates to availability for the online reservations system. In the event the unit you attempted to reserve is no longer available for the dates you have requested, you will be contacted as soon as your request is received and alternate options and pricing will be provided to you.

Q: I don’t see availability for the dates I requested, do you have any other options?
A: We do not make all of our inventory available on-line. Please contact us directly at 1-844-463-5164 if you do not find the dates or accommodations you would like.

Q: How do I purchase daily ski passes/lift access?
A: Please visit Stowe Mountain Resort’s website: www.stowe.com or call: (802) 253-3000 for information on lift ticket availability and pricing.

Q: What is an Epic Pass, an Epic 4-Day Pass, a Stowe College Pass, etc. and should I purchase one?
A: We encourage all of our guests that plan to ski or ride to visit: www.stowe.com/ski-ride/season-pass/ to learn about all of the options available to you from Stowe Mountain Resort.

Driving Directions

Stowe is located off Interstate 89 at exit 10 (Stowe/Waterbury).  If you are traveling from the South, take a right at the end of the exit ramp.  If you are traveling from the North, take a left at the end of the exit ramp; this will put you on route 100N. Follow this for 11 miles until you reach route 108 (Mountain Road - 3-way stop). This is the center of Stowe Village. Make a left at the stop sign and follow this for approx. 6 miles.  The road will begin to rise steeply; as the road begins to level out you will see the Cross Country Touring Center on the left. The condos and townhouses are located in the Toll House area, an additional ¼ mile up route 108N on the left. The Spruce Peak Base Lodge is 1.5 miles further up 108N on the right hand side and is the location of our luxury properties. Individual unit location and check-in information will be sent via email prior to arrival.

Here at Stowe Vacation Rentals, we pride ourselves on connections, having joyous moments with one another and relishing in the shared pursuit of outdoor adventures. Unfortunately, as the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has escalated, it has made it difficult to do and enjoy these endeavors. Furthermore, the idea of bringing people together from around the region and the world is simply not prudent at this moment. We now have to prioritize the safety and welfare of our community, including our guests, club members, owners and employees.

Due to public safety concerns, Vail Resorts is suspending mountain operations at its resorts, including at Stowe Mountain Resort on Sunday, March 15th, and it is with a heavy heart that I inform you that The Lodge at Spruce Peak, the Village, The Club at Spruce Peak, and Stowe Vacation Rentals will close to our guests starting on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and will remain closed until May 1, 2020. Guests with reservations on the books between now and June can cancel without any penalty or rebook for a later date.
